Are you happy now, America? Our second amendment will soon be a thing in the past. Another step in the Obama admin. To do away with all our rights.

This is an URGENT MESSAGE>>>>>>>

We have tentatively set up a 45th Reunion for the weekend of October 18 and 19th, 2013.  We were planning a Friday night mixer at the Union Hall on Texas Avenue, bring drinks and snacks, casual dress.  On Saturday Night the BIG PARTY will be at Moody Gardens in the Floral Ballroom at the Convention Center,  a big space only for us.  Pee Wee Bowen Band will play that night.  We will have a Beach Party theme...so the dress is casual dress, no tuxes or formal attiire admitted!  Rooms available for a great rate at $149.00, per night.

Our only problem is that we want to get feed back from as many as possible, if you would like us to have this event or not.

We have had small attendance at our meetings and not sure if we should proceed.  YOUR comments are extremely important to those of us who are planning our 45th reunion.

We would like your feedback by July 15th, 2013. Phone call,  e-mail or,  on this site, or Facebook.

Thanks,

Alana Warren Hilden

Committee Meeting Chairman

i would love to still have the 45th class reunion.,  I know I haven't been active in the planning but medical reasons have been in the way.  Please don't let this pass because we will never plan another one.  Hope this helps in getting people interested.  We are only here for a little while and we need to keep in touch, even if it is for only one weekend,.

We had ten ladies at our Ladies night out last night. We had a great time. So sorry if you could not attend.  We will do this again. Stay tuned.

The Reunion meeting for July will be held at Los Aztecas Resturant at 2525 Palmer Hwy.(Old Bravos building).

July 18th Thursday,  at 6:30 PM.

Hope to see you there.  We will have the back room all to ourselves.  The management is very nice and excited to have us.

Hello!

We are hoping that everyone who has contacted us about the reunion has sent the notice to people they keep in touch with but may not have received or seen the notice.  The list is growing but we still need to hear from all of you.  The deadline we have set for responses is July 15th.

Please talk to your friends who are classmates and get an answer from them and let us know if they want to join us or not for the 45th reunion.  We continue to lose classmates whom we won't see again til we all get up there...so with the time we have left, like many others have voiced.....We should have this reunion because some of us won't be there for the 50th.  Don't assume that everyone has been contacted.  I know some emails have not been updated and not everyone is on our website OR facebook...the phone or face to face may be the only contact we have left to reach people. I  look forward to seeing everyone who attends.  It's going to be fun, casual and memorable.

Pamela

coolLooks like we are going to have reunion after all !! Happy to see so many that we have not seen since we were 5 !!!!!! That must be correct since Pat said it .  Has anyone seen our class Jester - Tommy Lambright?  Since he spends a lot of time wearing Tu Tu's at Moody Gardens, I'm guessing he will be greeting us all at the front door. Do not let  him deny this fact because I saw it with my own eyes and I have witnesses to the fact. Should have snapped a picture!!!!

Well, you know Wanda we were all extremely bright for our age:-).

Yep, that is quite right and we are still quite bright in our middle age!!!!

We are definitely looking forward to our 45th reunion! Thanks to our fabulous team of organizers for keeping our reunion alive. Now, as for my good friend Wanda's comments about me hanging around Moody Gardens in a tutu; well let's just say that she might be at least partially correct ??.
